Powerful illuminator
The power of the IR illuminator makes this license plate reader camera suitable for both urban security and vehicle access control and particularly for heavy trucks, which for rear license plate reading it is required that the camera is installed far from the entrance and possess a wide field of vision (greater than the length of the truck with trailer-10 m).

OCR sensor
For dual-lane license plate recognition, the camera is equipped with a 3.2-Mpx optical sensor with a 12-40 mm varifocal lens. Dual-lane recognition offers the advantage of being able to implement a vehicle control gate, all with one device, one power supply, and one connection, reducing materials used, time, and cost.
Context sensor
In addition to the license plate reading sensor, the camera is equipped with a second 2-Mpx Sony Ultra Night Vision high-sensitivity, high-definition sensor for color context image capture. Vehicles driving at night do not show trail effects.
Subject Privacy
Whether you want to comply with the GDPR on privacy or you need to show the images to third parties, the “Subject Privacy” function allows you to blur all those subjects, still or moving, that have nothing to do with the vehicle that is the object of the violation or recognition. The peculiarity of the Selea algorithm is that it blurs only the sensitive elements (people, motorcycles, bicycles and moving or stationary vehicles) leaving the rest of the context image unchanged.
